1. Who we are

Tolka Studio is a web design business operated by Peter Kelly, based in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, Ireland. You can contact us at peter.kelly@tolkastudio.ie.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you provide directly:

• Your name, email address, and business name when you submit our contact form
• Any information you include in your message

We do not use cookies or collect personal data through tracking. Our analytics tool (Plausible) is cookieless and collects no personal information — only aggregate traffic data.

3. Why we collect it

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, sell your data, or share it with third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you become a client, we retain relevant project information for the duration of our working relationship and up to 3 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email peter.kelly@tolkastudio.ie. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Third-party services

Our contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io). Submissions are transmitted to and stored by Formspree in accordance with their privacy policy. We use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. The site is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com).
